Run in the sun

They had us running another route at the group run today and this time, it felt like we were in the full sun the whole way. Whew, it was HOT! Temperature was actually only 81F, 64% humidity but we were all commenting on how drenched we were at the end of it. I only did 3 miles, since I'd done 5 yesterday I wasn't really recovered yet and didn't feel up to doing the 4 to 6 that everyone else did. I'm debating whether to make tomorrow a rest day or not, my schedule and legs are all out of synch since I missed Saturday's run. I didn't care much for today's route, it felt so "industrial" due to the scenery. It was all gravel, warehouses, and concrete. Blah.
