I really didn't feel like going for a run this evening. My husband is out of town for a few days, the kids are at Grandma's, and I could do whatever I possibly wanted with my few precious hours of solitude. In order to follow the sacred calendar (with those daily squares in need of checking-off!), I kept on track and did the run. It was a short run, only 2 miles so at least it didn't take long. I would have liked to have done one of the trails around town but went for the usual indoor track at the Y.
I forgot my watch, so didn't time myself. I felt sluggish, how's that for specific? Now to get some dinner eaten, some housework done, and some relaxing before everyone comes back home tomorrow!
